Solutions

Polykote offers different types of multilayer materials for the building insulation :
- Laminated materials Alu foil/Kraft
- Laminated materials metallized PET / Kraft
- Extruded materials Kraft/PE

Services

Polykote offer the possibility to customize these materials by printing the aluminum side or the Kraft paper side.
Gravure or flexo printing.
Assistance for design conception.
Lamination up to 1600mm all over

Know-how

On line lacquering on alu foil to protect the aluminium from corrosion.
For the specific application of insulation associated to fiberglass, Polykote offers paper based materials with edges, single or double folded, glued or not. They offer a better resistance on the sides when they are applied on the insulation reels.
Polykote offers multilayer materials made of 6,35 µ aluminum foils laminated to Kraft papers from 35 to 140 gsm.

Applications

Building

Polykote designs insulations to improve energy performance. Our customers can used them in conjunction with :
- Fiberglass / Rockwool reels
- Plaster boards
- Polyurethan foam boards
- Polystyrene boards
